How long until I receive my CS2 clips after I make them?
It will take about 30 minutes for your clips to appear. If your clips happen to take longer than 30 minutes, let us know at support@allstar.gg and we can look into the issue.

Will my CS2 matches appear in Match History?
Yes, CS2 matches are supported in Match History! If you happen to be missing a match, let us know by creating a ticket by clicking here.

NOTE: We currently only support Competitive and Wingman modes. Casual matchmaking, Deathmatch, etc. will not populate in Match History.

Will I still receive Allstar clips automatically through Leetify, FACEIT, and Refrag?
Yes, this functionality still works. If you are not receiving clips, check your match history under Highlights or Play of the Game to see if any clips were generated.
