In the event that you're having trouble seeing your matches in Match History, we recommend refreshing your share codes. Share codes only apply to Valve Matchmaking (MM) matches.

FACEIT, Esplay, Refrag, and Gamers Club will not have these codes. If you are not using MM and you are having an issue viewing your matches, please contact support.

Your share code, or authentication code, allows Allstar to access your previous match data. This will allow us to pull in your previous matches to Match History!

To find your share codes or download a match:
1. Go to the "Watch" tab in the CS2 main menu
2. Select the "Your Matches" tab
3. Find your oldest match that is downloadable (max 30 days old)
4. Copy the match sharing code or click to download
5. You will only need the last portion that starts with "CSGO-XXX..." that is your match token (share code) for that specific match.

Once you have your latest share code, copy and paste that code to your Allstar profile
